This has been a tremendous help for my practice. So many positives. The bells are beautiful and flexible when setting up. I love having my choice of background. Knowing there are other meditators out there through insight connect helps inspire me to keep practicing. The journal is helpful and the ability to track statistics has been a real motivator for me. Cant say enough.
