Insight Timer has strengthened my meditation practice, and provided me with excellent guided meditations that I would not have otherwise found. Whats more, the creators of this app seemed genuinely interested in their users experience. As crazy as this sounds, when I use this app, I feel as if I have entered a spiritual community of like-minded people. Without a doubt, this is one of my favorite apps of all time.
